Sharon Van Dyck has represented individuals injured by medical malpractice and other negligence, both corporate and individual, for over 30 years. A magna cum laude graduate of William Mitchell School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, Sharon’s practice leverages her extensive expertise in handling pre-trial and dispositive motions, evidentiary motions before and during trial, post-trial motions, and appeals. Her experience extends to the Minnesota state courts (trial and appellate), and to federal trial and appellate courts around the country.

Sharon is well-known and respected by both trial and appellate judges. She is frequently sought out by other lawyers to aid in the representation of their clients in high-stakes litigation where her expertise as a team-player adds an additional layer of value for the benefit of her clients. She is known for her communication skills, persuasive briefing and oral argument, and the high quality representation she gives each client.
