Paige A. Neville
Associate
Paige A. Neville is a member of the JJS Sexual Abuse Division. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Paige was a law clerk assisting the JJS Sexual Abuse Team.
In March 2021, Paige was part of a team that achieved a record-setting $842.4M settlement against the University of Southern California (USC) on behalf of women who were sexually exploited during exams performed by former OBGYN Dr. George Tyndall at USC’s Student Health Center.
During law school, Paige gained hands-on legal experience as a law clerk for Wilson Elser, LLP and Price Benowitz, LLP; LSO Summer Fellow for Yale Law School, where she participated in the COVID-19 Small Business Relief Project; Student Attorney for the Community Development Clinic at the University of Baltimore, where she assisted non-profits, corporations, and other business entities with legal issues; Research Assistant to University of Baltimore Professor Barbara White; and E-Alert Case Writer for the Maryland Defense Counsel.
Paige focused on growing her trial advocacy skills while in law school, serving as the captain of the Black Law Students Association’s Mock Trial Team. She eventually became the Mock Trial Director for the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Students Association. Paige was also selected to participate in the PDS Trial Practice Institute.
